Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-1 · Last updated 17 October 2026
Who we are
Release Compass is provided by Talenteam Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the service you agree to these terms and contract with Talenteam Limited.
The service
Release Compass organises SAP SuccessFactors release notes and adds AI-generated summaries, Release Insights and an AI assistant. The assistant may draw on SAP release notes, TalenTeam product guides and your organisation's own notes.
AI-generated content
AI-generated outputs are produced automatically. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and are provided for information only. They are not professional, consulting, legal or implementation advice, and they are not reviewed by TalenTeam before you see them. This applies equally to answers drawing on TalenTeam product guides.
Your responsibility
You must verify information against SAP's official documentation before acting on it. You are solely responsible for configuration changes, testing and decisions taken in your SAP SuccessFactors systems.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
TalenTeam is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit or loss of business. Our total liability is capped at the greater of the fees you paid for the service in the previous 12 months or £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Relationship to other agreements
If your organisation has a separate signed agreement with TalenTeam for consulting or support services, that agreement governs those services. AI output from Release Compass does not form part of any services delivered under it.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another organisation's data, or store unlawful content. You are responsible for the activity under your account.
Accounts and organisation admins
Accounts are matched to organisations by work email domain. The first person to join an organisation becomes its administrator and is responsible for approving and managing its members.
AI usage limits
Use of AI features consumes AI units allocated to your organisation each month. When units are exhausted, AI features may be unavailable until the allowance resets or is topped up.
Payments, subscriptions and Paddle
Paid AI-unit top-ups and subscriptions are sold through Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Top-up units are valid for 12 months from purchase. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Intellectual property
TalenTeam owns the service and all intellectual property in it, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organisation's internal purposes. You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access where the service is misused or these terms are breached.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When the version changes, we will ask you to review and re-accept them the next time you sign in.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
